Return Process

  Ensure the beauty products are unused, in their original packaging, and include all seals and tags for a successful verification.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
